Privacy Policy

Phoenix Tracker Pro ("we", "us") is built on a simple promise: your wellness data belongs to you. We collect only what is necessary to power your daily tracking, AI coaching, and personal insights. We never sell your data, and we never share it with advertisers.

What we collect

  • Account: email address, display name, password hash (or Google account ID if you sign in with Google).
  • Profile & goals: age, sex, height, target weight, activity level, training goal, dietary preferences.
  • Wellness logs: hydration, sleep, steps, protein, healthy fats, fiber, mood, journal notes, training sessions, morning routine entries.
  • Meal data: meals you save (name, ingredients, macros, optional photos), meal plan entries, AI-analyzed photos.
  • Reset progress: 90-Day Reset day, streaks, badges, milestones, XP.
  • Subscription: Stripe customer ID, plan, billing period, status. We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles that directly.
  • Push notifications: browser push subscription endpoint and keys (so we can send you reminders).
  • AI conversations: messages you send to the Phoenix AI coach, plus the model's replies, kept so you can review past chats.
  • Product analytics: anonymous funnel events (e.g. "viewed pricing", "completed onboarding") and basic device info. No third-party trackers, no Facebook pixel, no ad networks.
  • Support: messages you send through the in-app support form, plus your email.

How we use it

  • Personalize your dashboard, daily targets, AI coaching, and insights.
  • Keep you signed in across devices.
  • Send the reminders and goal-mismatch alerts you opt into.
  • Process subscription payments (via Stripe).
  • Improve the product by reviewing aggregate, de-identified usage trends.
  • Respond to support requests.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of trusted processors that act on our instructions only:

  • Lovable Cloud / Supabase — database, authentication, file storage.
  • Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
  • Google — only if you choose Sign in with Google.
  • Lovable AI Gateway — runs the AI coach and photo meal analysis on your prompts and photos. Prompts and photos are not used to train third-party models.
  • Web push providers (Apple, Google, Mozilla) — deliver the notifications you opt into.

Meal & journal photos

When you use Snap a Meal or attach a photo to a journal entry or saved meal, your photo is uploaded to a private storage bucket and analyzed by our AI. Only you can see your photos. Free-plan meal photos are kept for 7 days; Premium photos are kept for 30 days; saved-meal photos are kept for as long as the meal exists in your library. You can delete any photo earlier from the relevant screen.

Cookies & local storage

We use first-party cookies and localStorage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and store guest-mode progress before you create an account. The cookie banner asks consent for non-essential analytics where required.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account (Profile → Delete my account), we permanently remove your profile, logs, meals, notes, photos, streaks, badges, and chats. Anonymized aggregate analytics may be retained. Email and Stripe transaction records may be retained where required by tax or anti-fraud law.

Your rights

You can export all your data as JSON from Profile → Export my data, and you can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete my account. EU/UK and California residents have additional rights (access, correction, portability, objection) — email support@phoenixtrackerpro.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Phoenix Tracker Pro is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EU/UK) and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with row-level security so only you can read your own rows. We follow least-privilege access for our team. No system is perfectly secure, so we recommend using a strong, unique password.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we'll notify you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
