How to do it

  1. Stand on one foot with a soft knee.
  2. Look straight ahead at a fixed point.
  3. Hold 30–60 seconds without letting the other foot touch.
  4. Switch sides. Do it while brushing teeth — done.

  • Soft knee, not locked
  • Toes gripping the floor
  • Steady breathing

Common mistakes

  • Locking the standing knee
  • Looking down
